These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Missia Enterprise when you access the Sculpted Muse website, place an order or use a Sculpted Muse digital product. By doing so, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase the products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and legally capable of entering into a contract. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

3. Products and descriptions

Sculpted Muse offers downloadable PDFs, digital guides, planners, journals, workbooks, courses and related digital materials. Product pages describe the principal content, format, intended use, price and any material technical requirements. We may correct obvious errors and make reasonable editorial or technical updates that do not materially reduce the purchased product’s core value.

4. Orders and contract formation

Before submitting an order, you will have an opportunity to review the selected product and price and correct input errors. An order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when payment is accepted and we send an order confirmation or provide access to the digital product, whichever occurs first. We may refuse or cancel an order for fraud, pricing errors, technical failures, sanctions restrictions or other lawful reasons. Any cancelled payment will be refunded.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices and the transaction currency will be displayed before purchase. Applicable taxes, fees or currency-conversion charges will be shown or applied as required. Payment is processed by the payment provider displayed at checkout. We do not guarantee exchange rates or third-party bank charges.

6. Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically through a download link, access page, customer account or email. You are responsible for providing a valid email address, maintaining access to it and using compatible software and devices. Contact us promptly if delivery fails or a file cannot be opened.

7. Personal-use licence

A completed purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and use the purchased material for your own personal, non-commercial use. Ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with Missia Enterprise or the relevant licensor.

• You may save a personal copy and print reasonable copies for your own use.
• You may not share access, upload the files to a shared drive, distribute copies or make the materials publicly available.
• You may not resell, sublicense, translate for distribution, reproduce commercially, teach from, white-label, extract templates from or create competing products from the materials.
• You may not remove copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.

8. Withdrawal and refunds

Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by our Digital Product & Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law. Where applicable law permits immediate digital delivery only after express consent, checkout will request your consent to immediate performance and your acknowledgement that the withdrawal right is lost once downloading, streaming or other access begins. Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable consumer rights.

9. Educational, wellness and results disclaimer

Sculpted Muse materials are provided for general educational, planning, reflection and lifestyle purposes. They do not replace medical, psychological, nutritional, physiotherapy, legal, financial or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult an appropriately qualified professional before acting where health, safety, pregnancy, injury, medication, mental health or another individual risk is involved.

Your results depend on personal circumstances, choices and consistency. We do not guarantee a particular physical, emotional, financial, professional or lifestyle outcome.

10. Acceptable website use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, use the website unlawfully or infringe the rights of Missia Enterprise or others.

11. Availability and third-party services

We may suspend or modify website features for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. Hosting, payment, email and delivery services may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages or conduct beyond our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Missia Enterprise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of opportunity, loss of profits or loss arising from unauthorised sharing, incompatible equipment or reliance on general educational content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where a higher remedy is required by mandatory law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swiss law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the matter by contacting contact@sculpted-muse.com. This choice of law and forum does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or access to a competent consumer court that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. Changes, severability and entire agreement

We may update these terms prospectively. The version displayed when you place an order applies to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These terms, the relevant product description, the Privacy Policy and the Digital Product & Refund Policy form the agreement concerning your purchase and use.
